Attending Board Members: Malia Kapono, Vice President; Cynthia Ann Kapono, Treasurer; Marla Ruth

Absent Board Members: Bill Daly; Don Hardy; Mark Dufva; Dana Gilliam

Also Present: 6 residents

Welcome – VP M Kapono welcomed those in attendance. There was not a quorum of Board Members present to conduct an official meeting. All agenda items will be carried over to the August 2003 meeting. There was informal discussion with the residents present – regarding the purpose of the Taxing District, HOA, purpose and schedule of our Security Patrols, goals, etc.

Next Meeting - will be Monday, August 25, 2003 at the Winn Dixie Store on Gunn Hwy.

The Group disbanded at 7:45 PM.
